With
an aim to tap the growing SMB market ,Oracle today launched Value
Added Distribution (VAD) Remarketer Program in India.
The
program was launched with its Distributor ,Tech Pacific. Oracle VAD
Remarketer Program enable TechPacific to resell Oracle Technology
Products through its network of resellers throughout India, without
requiring the resellers to join the Oracle Partner Network (OPN).
Commenting
on this new initiative ,Sukhdeep Singh, Senior Director,Channel
Sales, Oracle Asia Pacific , said, “ With the launch of this
program , reseller have the opportunity to work closely with Oracle.
We are making it easier and more profitable for reseller to make
available Oracle Technology products to mid-size business a vital
extension of our sales ecosystem Asia Pacific , approximately 80% of
our business is managed by our partner community.”
The
company has planned various road shows and product knowledge sessions
in Chennai, Bangalore,Delhi and Mumbai to create awareness among Tech
Pacific India's reseller base.The company has introduced 1-Click
Ordering Program . Remarketers can resell 1-Click Ordering Programs
with standard terms ,condition ,and pricing.1-Click Ordering Program
are a category of products identified on the Oracle Technology Global
Price List and available for specific Oracle programs including the
VAD Remarketer Program.
